For items purchased at MELANGÉ (melangekorea.com) website, please provide the following:
1. Complete an Online Returns Form;
2. Provide original proof of purchase;
3. Ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition;
4. Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging;
5. Ensure that your product is returned within 7 (working) days of submitting the Online Returns Form;

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to process a refund?
Store refunds are processed immediately; however it can take up to 5-7 days for your bank to clear the funds back to your account.
Online refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. This is due to the extenuated timing for return shipping and handling.

What if I receive a product as a gift, but I would like to change it for something else?

What if my product is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will happily organize a replacement once the original item has been returned.

What if I return a product one day after the 7 or 30-day term, but there was a public holiday during the period? Does the holiday count as a “ working day”?
“Working Days” mean calendar days, which excludes weekends and public holidays.

How will my refund be processed?
A refund payment will be processed according to the original tender method.
